My sessions integrate various holistic practices to promote balance and harmony, I incorporate mindfulness techniques and guided meditations to deepen your connection to your inner self.
For this session, we use the AO Scan to analyze your voice to better understand where your emotions are out of balance.
Then the session will be tailored for you, beginning with an intuitive energy session, and ending with drumming to lock in the benefits of the energy work.
You will also receive an email that will include reports telling you where your emotions are out of balance and musical tones you can listen to with headphones that are infused with frequencies to help balance your emotions.

We start with an assessment to understand your needs then I'll perform an intuitive energy session specifically for you.
We end the session with drumming tailored to your needs. The drum will help lock in the benefits of the energy work, helping you feel more stable and peaceful.
