About the event

The full moon is believed to amplify energies and intentions. Many spiritual practices view this as a potent time for setting goals, practicing gratitude, or recharging spiritual energy. It's an opportunity to harness this heightened energy to manifest positive changes attract abundance and release what no longer serves. The full moon is also a time when our intuition and emotional awareness are heightened. It's an ideal period for introspection, deep meditation, and connecting with our inner wisdom. This phase encourages us to look inward and trust our inner guidance.

The Full Wolf Moon is the first full moon of the year and is named after the howling wolves that are more active and vocal during the early parts of the year, especially in January.

Join us for a night of ceremony, ritual, and connection. We will start with a short journaling practice to help us get in touch with what we want to release, we will be guided in a short releasing meditation then we will drum to help us to release those things that no longer serve.

No drumming or meditation experience is necessary. A drum is not required but if you have one please bring it and a journal if you like.

This is a safe and nurturing space to connect, share stories and support each other. Come experience the magic that happens when we gather under the full moon!

Excited to see you there!

*Space is limited and will be by ticket purchase only.
